The room was too hot for comfort. the heating was to be centrally controlled. I could not adjust it. the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep.

The ballroom was fine, decorated with beautiful chandeliers. I had plenty of choice of fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet.. the cooked to order breakfast was tasty. The location was good, it was an easy walk from the interchange station.

There was no cleaning of the room during my two-night stay. The only thing staff did was empty the bin, unusual. I have never experienced this service in a hotel before..

The hotel's location was central. This made access to various shops convenient. The staff at reception were super friendly. The room I stayed in felt spacious (I appreciated that).

My room had single glazed windows facing the main road. This resulted in some noise. The furniture in the room seemed old and in poor condition. I found breakfast to be terrible (continental choice was limited).

the location is convenient near shops. it is particularly great because it is near forster square station. i also enjoyed the history of the building. the staff was very helpful.

the room was dated and needed an upgrade. it was very dark. the bathroom was particularly outdated and poorly decorated. strange taps were present and the shower was poor.

I found the location REALLY convenient. it's super central so getting around was easy. the building has a beautiful art deco design! also breakfast was delicious. It had a perfect english style.

the shower lacked a screen for the handheld part. this meant the floor got completely wet every time i used it. the windows didn't stay open because the sashes were broken. this made it difficult to get fresh air and there was no safe in the room.
