the bedroom was functional i appreciated that it included two types of pillows and very soft sheets.
the street where the hotel is located is very dirty and dark this did not match the pictures.

excellent breakfastclean roomsdark street
breakfast was very excellent. rooms was very clean. view from balconies from floor 3 is gorgeous. i had everything i need for comfy stay. staff were very kind and polite. they gave my wife a cake because it was her birthday.
the hotel is in a dark street and i think it smell bad. the receptionist tried to sell us some overpriced tourist tours. system was down when i arrived. i had to wait 20 mins to check in.

breakfast is served on the rooftop and it has a great view. a good variety of food exists. i think you will not go hungry. also, i receive a complimentary gift of sweets.

the staff were friendly and cute. amir at reception went out of his way and helped me. imran was kind and he made sure i eat the whole spread. as a farewell gesture, they gave me a packet of turkish delights.

this hotel is a few steps from the galata tower. the tram stop is only a seven-minute walk. main tourist attractions are very close by. it's very easy to get from and to ist airport by metro.

The location was good. It was near galata tower.
The street the hotel was on was super dirty and dark. It did not look like the photos, we had trouble identifying it. the shower leaked when the room above used the bathroom, it was quite noisy.
