the location is seriously amazing it's super close to the metro and istiklal street exploring the city was easy i loved that. the staff were so friendly and helpful i felt genuinely welcomed. my room was very clean and the bathroom was nice it had everything i needed after a long day.

the room was a bit smaller than i expected it wasn't a big deal but something to note i wish i had a bit more space to spread out but it was manageable.

the hotel's location is fantastic as galata tower is just a short walk away, and the metro station provides easy access to other parts of the city. the room was always clean, with fresh towels provided daily, it really felt great! i found the 24/7 reception service very helpful. the staff were polite, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.

the bathroom was a little compact.

The room I booked looked larger in photos. It was quite cramped in reality. The noise isolation was poor. Street sounds were audible throughout the night. This made restful sleep difficult. I also found the bathroom to be quite small. There was limited counter space around the sink.
