I found the hotel very clean. the location was excellent. I walked to many attractions. the staff was helpful. They provided quick responses. my room got upgraded after a few days. It was a kind gesture.
The bathroom was small. It lacked shelving. this made organizing toiletries difficult. i also noticed some humidity in the bathroom. the sink seemed a bit clogged as well.

The hotel location was okay. It was near galata and public transport was a few minutes walk away.
my room was on the first floor, so it was pretty dark because the street is quite narrow. the mattress was not particularly comfortable. there was also a lack of plugs in the room. moreover, there's only one light controller next to the entrance door and not close to the bed.

the location was special ,steps from galata tower. i found the reception staff kind and always ready to assist, even arranging a reasonably priced taxi to the airport. my room upgrade to a beautiful double room provided a comfortable space. the rooftop restaurant offered beautiful views of the galata tower , a good way to start the day.
i noticed the bathroom could use a little more light , especially since it felt a bit dim.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Galata Tower (it's just a short walk). The staff was also very nice and accommodating, they assisted me with directions and local recommendations.
The room I received was quite small (a bit smaller than I expected). the bathroom had a slight musty smell, which wasn't very pleasant (I noticed it each time I entered).

The location was great, very close to Galata Tower. The staff was attentive. They provided welcome drinks. I received a room upgrade and enjoyed the remodeled room. Breakfast was complimentary and convenient.
The sound insulation was poor. Street noises were audible even with closed windows.
