The location was excellent. I easily accessed major attractions. The staff assisted me with directions and recommendations. The proximity to shops and restaurants added convenience.. Taxi service to the airport in the early morning was arranged quickly.

The building's stairs showed some signs of wear.

The staff assisted us with luggage, a very welcome service. the room had a sofa bed ready, especially useful for our group of three. the taxi access was easy. A big plus when arriving with bags, but the street was a bit noisy.

the building stairs were quite old and the fitted carpet looked worn.

the pipes makes terrible noise. every time you use the bathroom be it shower, sink, flush or wash your hands it makes noise.

the location was ideal it was just a short walk to the trevi fountain making it easy to explore the area at any time. fernando and tiger from the staff were helpful they enhanced our stay with their warm welcomes. our room was quite spacious it had everything necessary for a comfortable romantic trip. we also found the breakfast good it gave us a beautiful start to each day.

the pillows were unusually flat they definitely need replacement with more supportive options to ensure better sleep quality.
