the staff seemed friendly and helpful to most guests.
the bed was far too small for two people, it really affected my sleep. the breakfast selection was really minimal, it felt as if i paid for a lot less. having to boil my own eggs caused queues and a lot of irritation early in the morning, i thought this was ridiculous.

the breakfast was really great (i especially loved the pastries!). the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. the pool was a total highlight, a real treat after a long day, and i did swim during winter.
the room felt almost too minimal for me. i couldn't find a bin except in the bathroom. i also felt the bed was too small for two people to share comfortably.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! the facilities were great and very well thought out. everything felt super comfortable. the location had good walking distance to the tube. The canal walk was pleasant.
the metal entrance shutters getting opened woke me up at 7am both saturday and sunday morning.

the breakfast had a good selection of bread, cheese, and meats. there was also yogurt with fresh raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries. oat milk was available in the fridge.

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially flo. they kindly upgraded our room, i appreciated the excellent service. the staff checked in with us often.

The hotel includes a gym, a pool, and offers classes. i found laundry on site which was great. The rooftop shared kitchen area was convenient. there were plenty of spaces to work.
