I found the room to be a good size. It helped a lot. Breakfast was lovely. I appreciate that the owners were friendly. The location worked very well for my trip.
I had some issues with noise. Staff doors opened and slammed shut quite late. Lights also switched on and off, with chatting. I found my night's sleep ruined.

I was greeted very politely upon arrival. i received a family room instead of the single i had booked. It was available. my head office is up the road on ascot drive. My commute was easy. sharon recommended a local takeaway. It was excellent and within walking distance.
the lack of an interior deadbolt on the door was an issue. as a solo traveler, it is something i usually need. i suggest fixing it

i enjoyed the beautiful garden area a lot, it was perfect for some last-minute studying. sharon and her husband were cute and very helpful to me. the cooked breakfast was gorgeous and cooked to perfection!!!
my only issue was the lack of an interior deadbolt for the door. as a solo traveler, this is usually an absolute must for me. i felt a bit unsafe.
