The location was ideal for my needs. it was literally across from the train station. i was upgraded to a better room. It was very comfortable. full coffee and tea facilities were available.
The new staff are the opposite of helpful. My check in was slow.

EXCELLENT stay near the train station!

The hotel location was superb as it's right next to the train station. My room was VERY tidy, the bed was comfy and QUIET (perfect for a good night's sleep!). I found the staff friendly and accommodating to all my needs.

My standard double room was well-equipped and clean. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere that allowed for restful sleep. It had everything i needed, including a working air-con, something that i VERY value!

The reception was always staffed, and I got a warm welcome EVERY time. The staff were lovely and helpful . They answered all my questions, and helped me find the best travel routes.

This hotel is really close to essential shops and transport options, it was great. I found the hotel easily and the inside was really nice (especially the lobby area!). The hotel is also very close to the city center.

The hotel's proximity to the railway station proved useful. I found the room adequately furnished. The bathroom presented as clean. I slept well on a firm bed. The communal areas were a welcome surprise. The pool table provided entertainment. I even enjoyed a game of darts.
The signage outside uses a different name, making it a bit confusing to locate initially.

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station. The manager kindly upgraded my room due to maintenance, so I got a better room. The room offered full coffee and tea facilities, which I appreciated.
I found cobwebs and dust in visible places within the room. Decaf coffee was the only option in the room. There were no tea bags available.
