the breakfast included gluten free bread and oatmilk. the dinners were excellent and offered good value for money. I found the staff very friendly and helpful, which enhanced my visit. the free Wi-Fi was a definite plus.
the bathroom was quite small. there were also marks and old furnishings in the room. the bed mattress felt lumpy.

the room was clean, but it could use some updates. i did like that there was a pillow protector on the bed. however, the carpet looked worn and could be replaced soon.

cramped roomexternal noise
The room felt quite cramped. There was little space to store our belongings (a small wardrobe). The noise from outside was an issue, especially since i needed to keep the window open because the room felt stuffy. This impacted sleep quality.

the staff was friendly upon arrival. my room included a comfy bed. i found the food in the restaurant was lovely (i especially liked the dinner).
my bathroom was very small. the shower tray was slippery. i needed to move the kettle to the floor because the cord did not reach.

the location was easy to find and it was well located.

The room smelled strongly of drainage issues. the room was small, it felt very cramped! the shower temperature could not be adjusted and was scalding. the staff seemed uninterested in my complaint..
