I found free parking very convenient. The staff helped me with directions. My room was clean. I slept very well in the comfy bed. The Thai dinner in the restaurant tasted authentic. check-out was quick.
The TV remote seemed a bit difficult to use at first, but I figured it out.

The room was not cleaned to a great standard. i found some hairs in the bathroom. the tv remote did not work. also, the breakfast was quite basic. There were limited options.

the staff were very friendly and helpful i appreciated the free secure parking on site it made things easy. my room was clean and had convenient tea and coffee facilities i found the bed to be comfortable. i enjoyed a thai massage and it was professional and relaxing
