the room was small the wall met the bed there was no room to move around housekeeping did not enter my room i found this unacceptable for the price i paid i expect better service for the cost i incurred i needed a clean room and fresh towels. the lack of cleaning was disappointing

the front desk personnel was polite, i found fast check in a plus. location is convenient to skyline mall. the galluswarte train station is an easy walk too.
the parking garage is a joke, it had a system that make not sense. i think beds should be more comfortable

the location proved very convenient, just a short walk to the skyline plaza. the reception staff were very kind and cute (i really appreciated their warm smiles!). the room had a cosy and warm atmosphere, and the bathroom was equally comfortable.
the cleaning service required a request, which i found unusual. fresh towels were also only available upon request at the front desk, this caused some inconvenience.
