Amazing Find in the City!

The hotel is close to the train station , this made travel easy. The room was clean, and I especially loved the softer pillow options. I also found the iron and table in my room quite helpful for my business needs.

missing mini fridgeawkward parking
The room lacked a mini fridge, which I found inconvenient. The absence of this amenity limited my ability to store cold beverages or snacks. the parking situation was problematic. The entrance and exit were awkwardly small.

i was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the tram station!).
the lack of a mini-fridge in the room was a little inconvenient. i wished to store some beverages and snacks, but there wasn't a fridge available, a shame.

The staff was really helpful at all times. i found them polite and friendly! my room was great. It was clean and had everything i needed for my stay. the hotel is also close to the u-bahn and city trams. this was useful since i did not have a car.
the room lacked a mini fridge. i wanted to keep my beverages cold.

The breakfast was not great, not as diverse as advertised (I expected MUCH more). The room got very cold. I tried to turn on the heating, but it did not seem to work. The staff told me they had not turned on the general heating yet. They offered me an extra duvet, that did little to help.

the location were good for public transportation options. tram access was easy, it gets you to the central station fast. staff members was nice to speak with and helpful to guests.
my room did not come with a fridge, that was a disappointment. the cleaning service only visited every four days. i found the room was cold, they did not heat enough.
