the bed offered great comfort for restful sleep.. the proximity to the train station allowed us to maximize our sleep time. i also found complimentary water and coffee service very convenient after a long journey. the quick reception service helped me to settle in quickly.
the bathroom felt a bit small, especially the shower area, and water leaked out during showers.

the area around the hotel was a bit rough. i saw people using drugs nearby, and it. also, the breakfast was really disappointing. it was the same every single morning, and the quality wasn't great.

i found the staff very patient and helpful. the location is excellent, close to the train station. i easily walked to many attractions. the rooms were cleaned every day. i got a complimentary bottle of water each morning.
the shower door design allowed some water leakage, causing the bathroom floor to get wet after showers.

the hotel is very close to the main train station, a convenience i thoroughly appreciated. there is also a tram stop right outside, providing easy access to various parts of the city, this made commuting very simple.

I appreciate early check-in assistance from the reception lady on July 21, 2024. My flight arrived early, and she worked to get me a room around 10 AM. I then rested well. The room was very quiet.
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was a slight inconvenience. I would welcome a small fridge to keep drinks cold. It can be useful, especially during summer.
