the staff printed a map to help me navigate the train station. i was also happy breakfast was a hot meal.
the shower was hard to adjust. also, i noticed the room floor and walls could have been cleaner, and some furniture showed signs of wear.

the location was convenient, not far from the train station. i found it close to the city center. the concept of the library charmed me.
The lack of air conditioning was the biggest issue. the small fan provided some relief. it was not enough. the staff was polite in a minimal way.

the location was great for accessing the train station! the staff was helpful with directions and luggage storage. the room had nice toiletries. the breakfast selection was satisfactory with many options.
the stairs are steep and narrow! i had difficulty carrying my luggage up to my room.

the hotel is near centraal station, about a ten-minute walk. it is right across the street from a canal. the hotel is within walking distance of many tourist attractions. the neighborhood felt safe and quiet!

the staff were very friendly. they tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible. free coffee and tea were available throughout my stay. nearby restaurants and chinatown were very close.
the shower was hard to operate. the room floor and walls were not clean. the furniture was damaged.

not the worst, but...
no replyhot shower
Okay, so a fire alarm decided to go off at 1 a.m. a fun surprise! it terrified my toddler, and then i emailed the desk to ask what happened. i received zero replies. apparently, someone's hot shower steam set it off. Maybe they should just turn off the showers at night.

the location is near the train station. a parking garage are not too far away. supermarkets and restaurants are close also. breakfast are better than i thought it would be.
the room are too narrow, don't believe the photos. make sure you don't reserve a room in the basement. the windows overlooks other buildings and rooms without windows.
