charming surprise in the city

friendly staff clean room convenient location

i appreciated the friendly staff and quick service (always a plus when you're on a schedule!). our room was very clean with fresh towels daily. the hotel's proximity to public transportation made getting around quite easy.

the elevator was a bit slow at times.

good selection comfortable room easy access efficient air conditioning

i found the staff very helpful the breakfast had a good selection of items and the room was nice and neat the hotel's location provided easy access to transportation options nearby restaurants offered varied choices i noticed the area felt secure with good lighting at night. the room's air conditioning worked efficiently it kept the temperature pleasant throughout my stay.

the bathroom lacked counter space for toiletries i found it slightly inconvenient.

The staff greeted me warmly. They stored my bags before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast provided a great choice of food. The options set me up for the day.
