Fantastic Location and Friendly Service
friendly staff convenient location newly refurbished room luggage storage
I found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very convenient , with easy access to the city center. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my upgraded room , which looked newly refurbished. Storing luggage before and after checkout was simple and convenient.
I noticed the stairs were quite steep and narrow , which could be challenging with mobility issues. Requesting a lower floor might be a good idea in that case.

mixed experience
outdated room questionable cleanliness
the location was convenient and close to the train station, with access to other cities (i visited the hague).
i was assigned a room that did not match the photos online. it was much older and on the third floor with no elevator (carrying luggage up was not fun). the cleanliness of the sheets was questionable, as there were hairs present, suggesting they had not been cleaned properly. the room was also poorly lit.

central location easy access nice bathroom street noise missing headboard early interruption
The location is indeed very central. I could easily walk to many attractions. My room included a really nice bathroom, a plus.
The street noise was significant because my window didn't properly shut. I also noticed there was no headboard for the beds. The cleaning staff attempted to open my door early. It happened at 10:30 am when checkout was 11 am.

great location helpful staff room safe
the location was great. it was a short walk from central station. the staff are present 24 hours a day. i appreciated the safe for my valuables and the air conditioning too. plenty of outlets made charging my devices easy.
the stairs are steep. noise from the street was noticeable.

clean room spiral stairs
i found the room very clean. staff helped me carry my luggage up the traditional dutch spiral stairs, i really appreciate it.

helpful staff perfect location working heating horrendous noise same floor good earplugs
the staff was VERY polite and helpful. the location is right next to the station. it is convenient if you have done some shopping and do not want to carry luggage far. the heating also works perfectly.
the noise was HORRENDOUS i could hear every single person passing at all hours. i stayed on the same floor as reception and it saved me from climbing stairs. i could also hear people up above me i brought ear plugs.
