the metro station was a short walk away. i found the staff super helpful throughout my stay. there was a terrace with a nice canal view at the back.
The stairs were quite narrow. Carrying luggage down was a bit tricky.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the ground floor room i needed. It made access easier. the terrace at the back offered a nice canal view. the location is convenient for trams and walkable to the van gogh museum.
I noticed the stairs were quite steep.

My room offered a great view of the canal. Complimentary beer and soft drinks were available in the fridge. I found the bathroom fabulous and the bed comfy. The hotel provided a safe within the room.
The stairs were quite steep. I had to carry my suitcases up the narrow winding staircase. This proved a bit difficult.

The hotel is not too far from the city center. A supermarket is near the hotel. Multiple restaurants and bars are only a short walk away from this place.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast included more than just continental options. Guests can use the daily complimentary happy hour for two hours. The hotel staff left my luggage before check-in.

the hotel has a superb location near the canals, yet it is away from the chaotic city center. i found it convenient to walk to attractions and public transport. the happy hour at the bar was great for a pre-dinner drink and snack. the staff were very friendly and helpful with local tips.
it made it quite difficult to transport my bags to my room.

Excellent Stay in a Charming Location

The hotel is situated in a traditional building, showcasing tall, thin architecture with steep stairs. The staff promptly arranged a ground floor room for our needs and showed kindness. I could leave my bags at the front desk to explore before check-in. The staff also provided complimentary beverages and snacks between 4-8 PM, a detail I found quite pleasant.
The bathroom glass wall in my room needed more frosting. It lacked sufficient privacy during use, a minor inconvenience. I hope they address this soon.
