decent stay in central location
convenient location friendly staff good variety room noise air conditioning
The location was convenient to attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. They printed out some tickets I needed. The breakfast offered a pretty good variety of food.
The room was not very soundproof. I could hear a lot of noise from the hall. I also found the air conditioning didn't work very well. The room was warmer than I preferred.

friendly staff superb location ample space good shower
the staff was friendly and were great (i really appreciated that). the location is superb and close to the tram stop, especially convenient when coming from the airport. my superior double room was perfect for a long weekend, offering ample space. the shower was also very good.
The room i had was a bit noisy. I could hear sounds from the hallway sometimes.

the room and bathroom were very tidy. everything needed was present. the rooms also featured large windows facing the street, which could be opened.

the receptionists provided ample information about the city and surrounding areas. i found their help with directions and restaurant recommendations valuable. the staff even prepared breakfast early with early flights.
