The location was convenient to attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. They printed out some tickets I needed. The breakfast offered a pretty good variety of food.
The room was not very soundproof. I could hear a lot of noise from the hall. I also found the air conditioning didn't work very well. The room was warmer than I preferred.

the staff was friendly and were great (i really appreciated that). the location is superb and close to the tram stop, especially convenient when coming from the airport. my superior double room was perfect for a long weekend, offering ample space. the shower was also very good.
The room i had was a bit noisy. I could hear sounds from the hallway sometimes.
