the check-in process was easy. the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, i appreciated that. i was happy the hotel offered a room with twin beds, it was exactly what i needed. i also found it convenient that the location was a short walk to the train station!

there was no fridge in the room, i think that would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks.
