this hotel offers a good location near the train station, it made travel easy. the room was clean upon arrival. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the convenient access to nearby amenities.

the hotel is really close to the train station. i could easily walk there with my luggage. there are many restaurant options nearby too which was convenient after a long travel day.
the shower area was smaller than i expected. it made it a little difficult to move around. also the walls seemed thin i could hear some noise from other rooms at times.

I was quite annoyed by several issues. I lacked bottled water and tissues in the room. There were no facilities for making coffee or tea. The soundproofing was poor. I could hear my neighbor flushing the toilet. I found these aspects disappointing.

i found the location very convenient it is close to both the tram station and the train station. the staff were very kind they even helped my sister by calling emergency services because she had a toothache. i was pleased the room was clean when i arrived.
