charming getaway
free coffee clean facilities helpful staff comfortable space
i found the lobby offered free coffee, tea, and water. it was very easy to get to from the airport. the reception staff showed me a map... that was a nice touch. i also appreciated the nice and neat space, it felt very home-like.
the rooms were quite small, even for european standards.

the location was quite good, as it was easy to walk to nearby shops.
the room i had was disappointing (to say the least) since the shower drain was clogged. the small shower made things even more difficult.

the central location met my expectations.
i was disappointed by the room size. it felt quite cramped (especially the bathroom). also, the breakfast room was very crowded, and it was difficult to find a clean table.

central location train station major attractions
I stayed at a hotel centrally located near Jean Medicin station. The main Gare was less than a kilometer away. Place Massena was also within walking distance. The hotel provided easy access to major attractions.
The room service seemed inconsistent, and I noticed some lapses in cleanliness. There was a water leak during showers, made the bathroom floor wet. Mosquitoes in the room disturbed my sleep.

The staff was always friendly and cute providing excellent service to guests. They accommodated a request for a kettle in the room. Coffee, water, and sweets were available in the reception area.

The hotel is situated centrally near many public transport options. It is a short walk from restaurants and the beach. The tram stop is right next to the hotel, so it is easy to move around.

the location is convenient (it is near the train station). breakfast offers a good variety. complimentary coffee, tea, and water are available in the lobby at all times, a detail i found thoughtful. the staff cleans the room daily.
the shower cabin was really small.
