the location was amazing. it was close to the promenade. i walked everywhere i needed. the hotel was clean. the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. i was really pleased with the service. the bathroom was a good size.
i had issues with the bathtub draining slowly. i had to wait 15 minutes for the water to drain. we told the front desk, but the issue never improved. wifi only gave 3 people access per room. one of us had to go to the front desk to get a different code.

convenient locationaccommodating staffabsent kettlelimited sockets
the location offered convenient access to many restaurants nearby. the staff presented a friendly and accommodating attitude.
The room lacked a kettle for making hot drinks. i noticed limited availability of sockets. Only one was accessible in the two rooms i stayed in.

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks
uncaring staff
The noise early in the morning was quite bothersome. Staff seemed unconcerned when I mentioned it. They shrugged. I would not return because of the noise and the staff's attitude. (A little disappointing, I must say.)
