I found the self check-in process quite simple. the bed was comfy, i loved this. It was such a welcome sight after my journey. the location proved excellent for attending the event at the arena. It meant no stressful commutes for me.
the access is via fire exit stairs, i didn't know that until arrival.

Communications were responsive, . the staff addressed any questions quickly. They are so helpful. they helped me find all i needed. This level of attention to detail is very important.

The room had a heater, it ensures a pleasant temperature. It is easily adjustable for personal comfort. there was also complimentary water, tea, and coffee available. the rooms have a tv. It's perfect.

mixed feelings about this stay
unlit staircaseused mug
The staircase to access the rooms was narrow and unlit, i felt unsafe using it with my luggage. inside the room, i found a used mug and empty shower gel tubes in the bathroom. That was pretty unhygienic. vacuuming started right outside my door at 9am, then someone knocked at 9:15am to rush me out, it was too early and very disruptive.

i found the location very convenient. there was parking available. the staff communication was excellent. the proximity to food outlets and shops was a definite plus for me.
the bathroom could use a little more attention to detail when cleaning, especially around the skirting boards.

my room had a decent shower and a tv. the bed was comfortable. the heating worked fine, so it was easy to adjust the temperature to my liking and it was a very spacious room.

the restaurant downstairs served amazing indian food!!! the bar and grill below the rooms is recommendable. there is also a greggs nearby. a well-stocked shop is only a few minutes walk to the north, for any quick needs.

i liked that clear instructions were provided for self check-in. free wifi was available and worked well. it gave me a much needed break. the place is very secure.

The room had two cushions matching the blanket. It was a nice personal touch. the shower's hot water was readily available. i easily adjusted the heater to my preferred temperature.
because of the warm weather, the room became quite warm at night.
