solid stay with some nice perks
clean room convenient tesco great shower
The room was clean and well kept. I liked that. there was a tesco nearby. It really helped for getting snacks. the shower had great pressure, refreshing!

Fantastic Stay!
cute staff attentive housekeeping
The staff was very cute and responsive to questions. The room was also super clean. I noticed very attentive housekeeping. I appreciated the bar located downstairs. It had a good atmosphere for an evening drink.
The stairs were a slight challenge with my luggage. I would have loved an elevator.

The reception staff provided accurate information regarding local attractions. The personnel also responded quickly when I requested extra towels. I received them in less than ten minutes. Housekeeping provided a consistently high standard. My room was super clean each day.

The hotel has a bar downstairs with a good selection of drinks. It makes it ideal for an evening relaxation. A restaurant near the lobby provided a good selection of meals. It was very convenient for dinner. The public areas were well maintained. I noticed attentive cleaning.

I found various restaurants and shops to be a short walk away. The bus stops were within easy reach. I had no problems getting around the city. The area was very quiet at night. This gave me a good night's sleep.

missing elevator dated fixtures
the staff was helpful with directions to the city center.
the lack of an elevator proved problematic as i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. my room was quite small (i wasn't expecting such a compact space) and the bathroom fixtures was dated.

cobwebs on ceiling poor soundproofing
the hotel location was acceptable with bus stops nearby.
I was really frustrated that the room wasn't clean. I saw cobwebs on the ceiling in both the room and the bathroom. the carpet and furniture seemed old, and the bathroom definitely needs updating. also, my room window faced a wall, and the soundproofing was poor because i could hear people in the hallways.

Solid Choice for Aviva Visitors
perfect location helpful receptionist walking directions nice touch
I attended a concert at the aviva stadium and found this location perfect. I walked to the stadium easily. The receptionist helped me with walking directions to the city center. A barbecue was on the front yard before the concert. THAT was a nice touch.
The shower knob came off, and it took two complaints to address the temperature. I wasn't offered a new room or any compensation.

The hotel features a bar downstairs, it also has an improvised terrace in the parking area. Guests can rent adapters for european electrical outlets for a refundable deposit. There are several embassies and restaurants within walking distance.

black mold bathroom wall
The location was good with easy access to the Aviva stadium.
Black mold was visible on the bathroom wall. A bottle of water was not provided in the room. These issues detracted from what could have been a better experience.
