The location was central. I could easily walk to many places. The accommodation was very clean. The decor looked new. The staff were friendly. They were very helpful.
The soundproofing was poor. I heard other guests close doors. It made a loud noise. The shower head in the bathroom was fixed. My hair got wet during the shower. I couldn't borrow a hair dryer.

the location was really central. it was only a minute from o'connell street. the room was basic but it was clean and fresh. i found the wooden floor nice, as there was no carpet in the room.
The noise from both inside the building and outside was quite loud late at night. i think this could be disclosed to guests. the steps up to the upper floor were steep and narrow. I found it difficult to carry my luggage. the room didn't smell very nice, so i aired it out when i arrived.
