The hotel's location was superb, right in the heart of everything. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help with any questions (especially regarding directions). Breakfast portions were very generous and delicious. I found the room to be quite clean and warm.
The noise levels were quite high during both the night and morning hours. It was difficult to get uninterrupted sleep. Sounds from the street and nearby establishments penetrated the room.

The hotel had a lively bar downstairs. The reception area was well-kept. Staff were available at the front desk 24 hours a day. This provided a sense of security and constant assistance.

the noise was a bit much. live music from nearby bars was nice, but the nightclub's thumping kept me awake. earplugs became my best friend. also, the extra charge i faced upon arrival, wasn't a pleasant surprise, and felt a bit cheeky.

the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the temple bar action. the staff was at my door within seconds of my request. i had a couple of things that i needed and the staff was very helpful.

the ground floor bar has live singers that creates a good atmosphere. there is also a rooftop bar available , that has a good ambiance. the hotel also includes a restaurant and 24-hour reception.

my double room had comfy beds and tea and coffee facilities were available. i had plenty of towels to use in the nice big bathroom. a hairdryer was provided in the room, and it had a lovely walk in shower.

breakfast was served until 11 am, very convenient for me. the hotel bar served traditional irish stew, i tried it and i found it to be excellent. the breakfast offers multiple options to choose from.
