The staff was cute and friendly. The breakfast offered a good selection of items. My room had a view of a quiet street. I also found the location very convenient to many attractions.
The stairs creaked quite a bit, so I heard other guests moving around.

the location was great! the bed was so comfy and the room was cosy. i liked that we could check in during the early hours of the morning due to the time of our flight. a brand new fitted bathroom was lovely.
i was given a below grounds room, below the street with a window that looked onto steps up to the street. it was quite noisy as the windows are old and do little to insulate the noise of the street and passersby.

The bed was very comfortable. I found the shower pressure excellent. It. The staff were polite and helpful. I appreciated their attentiveness. The location proved convenient, placing me within easy reach of main attractions.
The stairs were somewhat squeaky. It didn't bother me too much.
