Solid Stay with Great Location
convenient parking spacious room sweet staff
I appreciated the convenient parking. I found free parking available right on site. My room was spacious, with nice decor and a view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was decent, and the staff was sweet and cute.
The room was not fully finished. Pipes stuck out from the bathroom wall, where a shelf was planned. I noticed wires hanging from the ceiling where a bathroom light should have been.

The rooms offer a balcony and a mountain view. rooms could be small, so check details before you book. Rooms can be noisy in the evening, specifically those above the ground floor bar, so choose carefully. Heated bathroom floors are a welcome touch.

Staff members were helpful and friendly. They was to be very busy. Local knowledge and advice may be limited, so plan to do your own research. The breakfast service may be inconsistent, with occasional delays or shortages.

small room limited variety
I was a little disappointed with the room. it was quite small. the bathroom felt especially cramped! also, the breakfast selection felt limited. There wasn't much variety day to day.

friendly staff walking distance good breakfast small towels missing amenities no replacement
The staff were very friendly. I appreciated that the hotel is a nice walking distance to the places I want to go. The breakfast was good too. I see Aiguille du Midi from the room and it was a lovely way of saying good morning everyday.
The towels were small, it was difficult to dry myself. I asked for larger towels, but I only got two. There was no clean replacement afterwards. Basic amenities was missing like cotton swabs and slippers. I was told they do not have any.

Good Stay in the Mountains
mountain tram helpful staff lovely breakfast beautiful finish
The location offered easy access to the mountain tram. The breakfast was especially wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful. The building and rooms have beautiful finishes, which charmed me completely.
The room was small for all my things, so there was not enough space to put everything away neatly. It did not cause any major issues though.

The hotel is located very close to the train station. It is conveniently near the town center. This made exploring the area quite easy. Everything was within reasonable walking distance.

Breakfast had sufficient choices in the style of a French meal. It was a satisfying start to the day. I discovered that there was an apres ski option attached to the hotel. This was really convenient.
