The hotel provided complimentary train tickets for valley travel. I also enjoyed complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. My room was near many amenities. The breakfast included various tasty options.
The elevator was quite small.

the location proved convenient, with only a short walk to both the historical area and various restaurants. i especially appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and soft drinks available throughout the day. the 5 o'clock cakes were a good touch. the hotel features a beautiful garden.
It's easy to miss this point during the initial reservation process.

I enjoyed complimentary coffee and tea available anytime. Fresh marble cake was a good offering each afternoon. The outdoor space faces the mountain offering a view of the river. I found this spot very relaxing. Our room included a small balcony.
The hallway carpet looked worn and could use a refresh.

i found the location quite central and convenient the staff provided helpful service throughout my stay. i appreciated the availability of free coffee water and cake it added a cute touch. the hotel features a sauna and a garden overlooking the river a nice surprise.
during my visit i noticed the absence of hot water in the morning showers this was a recurring issue according to the front desk this was a significant inconvenience.

the location was very central to all the main attractions. the staff made very helpful restaurant recommendations, which i appreciated. i also enjoyed complimentary coffee and tea, available throughout the day in the lobby.
the bathroom grout had mildew. the shower was very small. also, the price seemed high considering the hotel's amenities.
