The staff were very kind. Hot drinks were available. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed.

Great location and helpful staff
excellent location helpful staff good breakfast quiet room
The location was excellent it allowed easy access to many attractions nearby. The staff was very helpful especially with storing my luggage before check-in. Breakfast was good too it set me up nicely for the day. My room was quiet I appreciated that very much after long days.
The room could have been cleaner especially the carpet but this was a minor issue.

convenient location amazing views helpful staff
i appreciated the hotel staff's responsiveness and smiles. i found the location very convenient with walking distance to shops and restaurants. the breakfast offered good choices, i was happy. The room had amazing views.
i did notice the decor is a little dated, though this did not significantly affect my experience.

a surprisingly good experience
cozy feeling clean room comfortable bed direct access
the single room i booked offered a decent bathroom. it featured a separate toilet from the shower. a balcony provided views, and the bed ensured a comfortable rest. the lobby offered direct access to a restaurant , which proved very convenient.
the hotel does need some refurbishment , as it is a little old.

the hotel offered complimentary hot drinks , a very welcome treat after a day exploring. my room featured a comfortable bed and a balcony. the staff provided parking instructions , which was very helpful since the hotel is in the pedestrian area.
the hotel lacks an elevator , and my room was on the higher floor.

The location was really central. I appreciated the free hot drinks available at any time. The reception staff were friendly and available 24 hours. I found the bed comfortable for a good night's sleep.
