The location was awesome. The staff gave helpful parking instructions because the hotel was downtown. The windows and balcony offered excellent views (I really enjoyed that!).
The wooden floor was very noisy with every movement.

The location was excellent it allowed easy access to many attractions nearby. The staff was very helpful especially with storing my luggage before check-in. Breakfast was good too it set me up nicely for the day. My room was quiet I appreciated that very much after long days.
The room could have been cleaner especially the carpet but this was a minor issue.

i appreciated the hotel staff's responsiveness and smiles. i found the location very convenient with walking distance to shops and restaurants. the breakfast offered good choices, i was happy. The room had amazing views.
i did notice the decor is a little dated, though this did not significantly affect my experience.
