great stay with awesome service
early check-in high floor perfect location
I arrived early, and the receptionist allowed an immediate check-in. That was very convenient. i requested a corner room on a high floor, and my request was granted with a room on the 17th floor. the apartment was clean and spacious, offering fine views from the balcony. It was fantastic. the location was perfect with the shopping streets and restaurants nearby.
The bedroom had only one plug socket available. It would be helpful to have more. on the last night, the hot water stopped working and remained off at check-out. This made showering difficult. i think these minor issues can be resolved for the comfort of guests. It would really make a difference.

The supermarket is very close to the apartments. This makes shopping for essentials easy and convenient. the pool area has ample space for relaxation. It includes sufficient loungers. car parking is available. This is ideal because parking is difficult.

The hotel is near the old town. It is approximately a short walk to the main bars. the proximity to levante beach is a big plus. The walk takes only five minutes. the hotel is central to everything. This makes exploring very easy.

The staff are friendly and cannot do enough. They are very helpful and cute. leanne at the bar was great. She was great fun. the receptionist was lovely and kind. She provided an upgrade on arrival.

the staff were very helpful and cute i found the location great the apartment was spacious with a very large balcony breakfast was lovely too kitchen staff and bar staff were excellent.
i found only one plug socket in the bedroom this was an inconvenience the hot water went off on the last night and remained off during checkout showering was difficult that morning.

dusty corners kitchen equipment
I was disappointed, the room wasn't as clean as i expected. there was dust in some corners and the bathroom could have been cleaner. the kitchen was not very well-equipped. I missed having a few more utensils. the lack of proper cleaning affected my stay.
