coffee facilities fresh towels good biscuits
My room had tea and coffee making facilities. The provided biscuits tasted quite good. The bathroom included fresh towels and toiletries.
The elevator made a strange noise sometimes.

a stay with issues
faulty toilet missing remote
The room was not great. the toilet didn't flush well. The manager showed me a trick to make it work, instead of fixing it. also, the tv remote was missing, and i never got a replacement. there was no regular room service. Only the tea tray got refreshed if they remembered.

friendly staff breakfast selection convenient location noisy room uncomfortable mattress mould problem
The staff were very cute! i found them helpful with directions. the breakfast offered a good selection of cooked items. I particularly enjoyed the bacon. the location was also convenient, close to local shops.
The room faced the street, and it was quite NOISY. the mattress was not very comfortable. i also noticed some mould in the bathroom near the shower. The shower curtain had mould on the bottom
