My room, suite 5, had a great view of the park. i especially liked how clean everything was. It smelled so fresh, and the view was perfect! the room was also close to town, which i loved, and i will definitely stay here again. i slept well on the large comfortable bed.
I arrived without receiving any entry codes. I had to wait outside in the cold. communication could improve.

The location is a short walk from the train station and the town center. it made getting around very convenient. the hotel is across the road from the park. It is great for a morning stroll.

the location was good with parking nearby. the apartment was very clean with a nice ensuite. we were welcomed with essentials and treats. the off-site staff were helpful through text messages.
it demanded id with no clarification. it insisted i give my card details again. this resulted in exchanging messages almost daily.

I secured the room quickly. By 4pm, the room was available. The owners consistently provided updates. Instructions included door codes and the Wi-Fi password. Entry via electronic keypads was seamless. The castle view was very nice and I could only hear seagulls. The walk into town took 10 minutes.
Upon arrival, I did not get any pass codes. The codes arrived later that day at 4pm via the app. I waited outside in the cold. This issue slightly affected my overall experience, despite other aspects.

this software lacked clear policies and reminded me of a cattle call, not a customer interaction. also, the parking advice was not helpful. The car park was a half-mile uphill walk with luggage.

the room had everything i needed. communication from the owners was welcome shortly after my arrival (i got quick support).
i noticed thin walls, i could hear every move from neighboring rooms. the exit button had a bright blue led, i could not switch it off (this was really annoying).
