bathroom mould hotel condition

the staff seemed friendly and cute at least.

the hotel felt quite worn. i noticed mould in the bathroom, a detail that really bothered me. the online pictures made the place look much better than it was in person, that's for sure. the price didn't match the condition.

The bus stop located directly outside was very convenient. A retail park is nearby. It was easy to buy things. Staff, including Adam, were helpful and friendly. The room had comfortable beds.

The building appear somewhat dated.

Bus links to the city centre were convenient. Local shops were close, so it was easy to get supplies. A large car park was available with lots of spaces.

Staff provided help with bus timetables. This was very useful. Staff helped carry luggage to the room. I found this helpful. Staff are friendly, and nothing was a trouble.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable double bed. Tea and coffee, including decaf, were available in the room. The en-suite included both a bath and shower. This gave options.
