The room size was good! I found the bed and pillows comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. Breakfast was reasonably priced.

I noticed that the room had a chemical smell and the window did not fully open.

The staff was helpful and cute. i especially liked that tea and coffee were available in the reception area. i also appreciated the pub connected to the hotel. It even had a pool table. free parking was a great perk for me as i was driving.

the bathroom looked a bit tired, with gaps around the bath panel.

convenient transport excellent shower

The location offers convenient transport links, with access to the town center. My room was quite spacious. The shower pressure impressed me.

The heater in my room did not work, slightly inconvenient.

my twin room had two separate beds. the staff were helpful throughout my stay. i found the hotel easy to locate, and it provided all necessities. it was also close to a pub with nice food.

the hotel carpet was old and somewhat worn. i think carpets in common areas could benefit from replacement to enhance the overall appearance.

the hotel is a short taxi ride from the city center. nearby eating and shops provide convenience. i was taking part in the great north run so the location of the hotel was great. it was convenient for getting around.
