I found the staff consistently helpful with directions. the hotel provided a small welcome gift upon arrival! the breakfast each morning included a sufficient variety of options. The atmosphere in the bar area was also enjoyable.

The hotel is very close to many attractions. I walked to shops and restaurants. karl's bridge is a short walk away at the end of the street. the surrounding area felt safe, even at night.

the hotel bar featured music in the evenings which i liked. the hotel offers a concierge service that gave assistance with local attractions. the staff was always available to answer questions. i found it very helpful.

location is good but had issues
non-functioning air conditioningdisappointing response
i had booked this hotel for the air conditioning however it did not work . the ac unit displayed 18 degrees but the room never cooled below 26 degrees making sleep difficult. i spoke to staff about this hoping for a room change or a fan but they said nothing could be done. this was really disappointing as i paid extra specifically for ac functionality.

The air conditioning was advertised, but it did not function . The room temperature remained high and made it hard to sleep. i spoke with the staff about a room transfer or a fan, but they were unable to provide any solutions.

I found the staff to be wonderful and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable in every way. Breakfast offered lots of variety, even for vegetarians (i appreciated this!). The breakfast room itself was very charming. We will definitely return next time.
There was one slight inconvenience, the bar inside the building was a little noisy late at night.

Staff at the front desk helped arrange an on street parking permit for us, i appreciated their availability. The personnel was very friendly at all times (especially at breakfast!). They were eager to provide recommendations.

The hotel is situated at one end of Charles Bridge. Many restaurants are within a few hundred meters (very convenient!). Tram and metro stops are approximately a 5-minute walk from the building.

The hotel is in a prime location near charles bridge. our room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. the included breakfast offered delicious options and great service throughout the hotel. martin at the front desk assisted with our luggage. He also helped arrange our parking permit.
