helpful staff designated parking broken tap poor lighting
the staff was helpful and the room was very clean. the location was great and designated parking was a huge plus for me. i'm glad i chose this place.
the shower was not working properly and there was a broken tap on the bath. the lighting in the room was also very poor. i didn't like that.

stress-free parking excellent recommendation fantastic food great value
parking was stress-free because it was both easy and free right on site. check-in was quick, professional, and super helpful. The staff gave excellent recommendations for places to visit. i enjoyed room service dinner from the onsite restaurant. The food tasted fantastic! breakfast buffet felt lovely and a great value.
the maze-like layout made it a little tricky to find my room initially, and the lift came up on the other side of the hotel.

perfect central location and a great stay!
prime location smooth check-in bottled water
the hotel boasts a prime location, ideal if you are exploring without a car. the train station is less than a five-minute walk away, alongside the town center! check-in was smooth, and my double room included coffee, tea, and bottled water! i wish i could have stayed longer!
the bathroom felt a bit outdated. the shower was not great. getting out of the tub was difficult.

The breakfast buffet was quite substantial. i found the location to be very convenient for exploring the city centre. the staff were helpful with directions. I was pleased.
My room faced an internal courtyard, so there wasn't a view. It felt a bit closed in. the noise from the street was noticeable late at night. the tv remote in my room needed new batteries. It was inconvenient.
