The room was spacious. It was arranged nicely. The staff seemed friendly and provided assistance when asked.
The heat made it hard to sleep. A small, dusty fan was offered, but it didn't help much.

A relaxing stay!

The leisure center WAS a sanctuary. I found the room spacious. It had all necessities I needed. The breakfast had many fresh options and tasted wonderful. The parking area was convenient, and I easily found a spot each time.
I noticed that the plastic cups provided in the bathroom are not eco-friendly, a minor detail though.

the staff provided great service. the reception worker was very friendly with a relaxed atmosphere upon arrival. a padel tennis court was available which is a great addition to the leisure facilities.
I requested a quiet room. i received a room overlooking a delivery yard. tennis players created noise until 10pm. the hotel did not seem busy, so this was disappointing.

the breakfast was good and abundant. the restaurant provides meals. the bar area is available for drinks and food and provides a relaxed experience and visitors alike to use.

the pool offers a space for relaxation and recreation. a gym is available for fitness activities. there are free facilities available. the hotel offers halal options needing them.

the room was large and comfortable. it included tea and coffee making facilities with milk. the bathroom has a bath. i found a working radiator in the quiet room which was great.

The staff was very nice, I liked that. The indoor pool and leisure facilities were good. There was also plenty of parking available.
I found the beds tiny. They felt more like a large single than a double. I also found that the card key would not work on the morning of check-out.
