The staff at the hotel were helpful! The reception staff were always cute and happy to answer any questions. I used the leisure centre and it was excellent. Bottled water was provided daily and I appreciated that SO MUCH.
I thought the bathroom had a slightly funny smell upon arrival. This could have been a drainage issue!

The hotel provides good parking and is a short drive from the city centre. Nearby, I found a Tesco, very convenient for grabbing any essentials I needed , I thought.

The hotel features a pool and sauna. A parking garage for the car is includedwith peace of mind. The room was quite big, with tea and coffee making facilities, which I thoroughly enjoyed after a long drive.

The buffet breakfast offered a good range of options. The breakfast staff were helpful. The food in the bar was lovely and the bar had a good choice of food and beverages, something for everyone.

The service was excellent and the staff members were friendly. Jonathan, Louise, Jody, and Claire, along with all the kitchen staff and chef, were hard working! The reception staff were especially cute. Made a big difference.

my king room was spacious. the bed was super comfortable. the bathroom had a nice big shower.
i stayed on the first floor and the smell was unpleasant. it was quite strong i think.

faulty phonehigh temperature
The room's temperature was a problem (it reminded me of a sauna, really). i couldn't seem to adjust it, and i ended up having a restless night. also, the phone in the room didn't work. I had to use my mobile to call reception about the heating issue (it was a bit annoying, to be honest).

The staff was cute upon my arrival. check-in was quick. The room was ready and clean. breakfast was quite tasty with many choices! i liked the on-site parking, it made things simple.
the tv in the room wasn't great, to be honest. it had few channels with poor quality picture. the remote wasn't working properly either. i think a tv upgrade is in order.

I found bottles with water in the room. It was a lovely touch. Shops are close by. The motorway access is near, so handy. I liked hotel was big and clean. The rooms was very spacious.
I noticed no shampoo available in the room, I have not found that before.

Check-in was easy. The underground parking was easy to find.
The room was too hot. There was no air conditioning, and when I opened the window, there was a LOT of noise from kitchen fans. Seriously, it was like sleeping next to an industrial oven!
