the location was superb , close to everything. staff were attentive and helpful from start to finish. i found parking at the rear of the hotel very convenient , a definite plus for a central location.
the street noise was a little loud in my room , especially early in the morning.

the breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of hot and cold items. i especially enjoyed the freshly baked scones , served with clotted cream and jam. the dining area was clean and bright , i enjoyed it.

staff greeted me with a genuine smile and provided prompt assistance with my luggage. they were knowledgeable about local attractions and gave useful directions. i found the reception desk staffed 24/7 , it was a relief.

my room had a king-size bed and crisp , clean linens. i found the bathroom spacious and equipped with fluffy towels. the room also included a writing desk and comfortable armchair , i liked it.

the location was really central. i found the parking to be good too. the gaming club on tuesdays was really fun and cute (i had a blast!).
i got locked out at 12am one night. i was stuck outside in the cold for ages. i had to force my way through the restaurant door.

The location was central. I was able to walk easily to many attractions. Free parking behind the building was indeed convenient. I did not have to search for parking on the street. The bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
