The location was central, convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The room lacked proper ventilation. The window could not be opened. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell upon arrival, and the limited number of electrical sockets was inconvenient. The room layout felt cluttered due to excessive furniture.

i found the staff helpful especially louise. abbey was also very attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. the hotel offers parking which is very convenient. i found the location to be excellent.

the room was spacious. it had a layout i liked and good lighting. the shower was the best i have used in years. the hotel has its own free carpark. all the staff were really good too.
the restaurant menu offered limited choices.

The hotel location offered easy access to nearby cafes and bars. The castle was also within easy walking distance. The room was quite nice, and the check-in process was simple.
The room was rather warm, and the hotel lacks AC. My room was near the kitchen vent. It was noisy and smelly with the window open to allow airflow.
