We attended the new year's eve event and the organisation was perfect from beginning to end. the meal was excellent and the live entertainment leading into the new year was superb. i especially appreciated the staff interaction. They were all happy to engage and had smiles while looking after us on their new year's eve.

the banging of doors echoed into the early hours and began again at 7am. perhaps slow closers could be added to address this issue. the bathroom needs a revamp and some areas were not clean.

our wedding was recently held here and it was wonderful indeed! the grounds appear fine, offering perfect backdrops for photographs.. the interior rooms possess an elegant charm, easily adaptable for various guest counts. i found extra decorative touches in the rooms, so special. the service throughout the entire stay was also perfect.

i experienced only a very slight issue, i believe the restaurant times are somewhat limited.

we hosted our daughter's 21st birthday here. libby and charlotte were helpful from the beginning. nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff. everyone mentioned how lovely the buffet was.

the key cards and not gigantic keys that cannot fit in your evening purse are inconvenient.
