i think animation team is precious, julio pepito sergio and laia gave smiles. they performed their job amazingly. the food tasted so good, rooms appear large enough. i consider the possibility we'll return soon!
i noticed no internet in the room, which feels slightly inconvenient, some other monitors are needed, a little detail i thought would make it better.

just adequate, some issues need addressing
thin wallslukewarm food
The walls were paper thin. I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. it was really disruptive, especially at night when trying to sleep. also, the food at the buffet was often lukewarm and not very appealing. the selection was ok, but the quality definitely needs improvement. i think if they addressed these two things, it would make a big difference.

I found the staff quite respectful. The rooms were always clean and well-kept. The food (especially during dinner) was quite good and well-prepared. I thought the overall experience was amazing. Everything (shops and restaurants) is within walking distance.
