The location was central. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly, they assisted with directions. the room was clean and well kept. It was a good stay. there was also a small balcony, though i didn't use it much.

The location was excellent and overlooked the main square. i received a gorgeous room due to an issue at my prior accommodation. The room was provided last minute. the room had a nice balcony, with a city square view.
there was no hot water in the shower on the first day until a technician addressed it. the receptionist offered no alternative like a vacant room for a shower.

the hotel sits right in the city center, putting almost everything within walking distance. the city hall plaza, the central market and the cathedral are easily accessible. transportation options were also readily available.

check-in was very easy and smooth. the front desk staff are very helpful and offer great communication. the staff allowed storage of luggage in locked lockers on the day of departure and that was convenient.

the location was really good, i found myself within easy walking distance of major attractions. the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the efficient air conditioning (very useful during the warmer days). the breakfast offered a good selection and started my days well.
I sometimes preferred taking the stairs.
