fantastic location with superb service
central location luggage storage modern decor
The location allowed easy access to many attractions. i appreciated the early check-in at 10:30 am. the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided luggage storage lockers, reasonably priced beverages, and a workstation. i also appreciated the modern decor.
The hotel failed to provide a room with a full bed, instead i got a double room with twin beds. This made it difficult to sleep.

The staff responded immediately to requests and provided prompt assistance. Their positive attitude enhanced the overall experience. daily housekeeping ensured a super clean and cozy environment throughout my stay. the receptionists were also very cute.

central location metro station helpful staff rigid receptionist rude response uncomfortable interaction
The location is really central, everything seemed walkable from the hotel. A metro station was a short walk away. The staff were helpful. The hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants, , made exploring easy.
The receptionist was rigid when I asked for a slight extension of checkout time. Their response felt rude. I understand the importance of cleaning rooms, though the receptionist's response seemed harsh. The interaction was borderline uncomfortable

The staff proved helpful. I found the bed comfortable for sleeping. Lockers are available at no cost for luggage storage after checkout, a very convenient service. I appreciated that.
The room lacked adequate soundproofing, and I could hear noise from outside. The shower had inconsistent water temperature. The room was somewhat small. There wasn't enough space.

The location was central. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly, they assisted with directions. the room was clean and well-kept. It was a good stay. there was also a small balcony, though i didn't use it much.
the lift was a bit slow at times, but i did not mind it so much.

The location was excellent and overlooked the main square. i received a gorgeous room due to an issue at my prior accommodation. The room was provided last minute. the room had a nice balcony, with a city square view.
there was no hot water in the shower on the first day until a technician addressed it. the receptionist offered no alternative like a vacant room for a shower.

the location was really good, i found myself within easy walking distance of major attractions. the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the efficient air conditioning (very useful during the warmer days). the breakfast offered a good selection and started my days well.
The elevator service was a bit slow. I sometimes preferred taking the stairs.
