fantastic stay

the staff was very friendly. Communal areas of the hotel were to a good standard. i found a good selection of food in the restaurant. Excellent poached eggs were available at breakfast, and the spare ribs were lovely.
I found the rooms need a bit of refurb, new furniture and soft furnishings etc. there also seems to be more single-sex groups staying which was not an issue before. Some are well-behaved but ruined by others that are loud and disrespectful to other guests.

my twin room had adequate space and basic furnishings. it was cleaned daily, the bathroom included a shower. the safe was free to use, i appreciated that convenience.

the hotel boasts a prime location, convenient for accessing local attractions. the beach is a short walk away. several shops and restaurants are within easy reach, it makes exploring simple.

I found staining on the tiled floor around the WC. There was also calcium buildup around the shower cubicle.

The room felt a little dated. i mean, the bathroom grout had some staining and this cal build up around the shower, a real treat. also, i didn't exactly find the evening meal thrilling. It was more like a culinary adventure gone slightly wrong.
