The location is quite convenient. It is close to the metro and tram lines. This made it easy to get to many attractions (a big plus for exploring). Breakfast had a good selection, providing something for everyone.
The room lacked a safe. There also was no proper closet or drawers. This made storing clothes and personal items somewhat difficult. The climate control in the room was also tricky. I found it difficult to regulate the temperature to my liking (I had to turn it off).

The location worked very well for exploring. it was close to many destinations. the room-cleaning service was really good. They kept everything tidy. the staff members were friendly and kind. They seemed eager to help.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. It made the room too cold. i had to turn it off completely.

the hotel's location near the metro was certainly convenient.
The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. Cleanliness was lacking and the carpet had many stains. this impacted my overall impression of the room.
