The hotel provided very easy parking. This was a definite plus. the beds were excellent. I found them particularly comfortable. breakfast included a good selection. I especially liked the variety.
The bar closed quite early. I arrived at 01:30 and it was already shut.

i found good hearts and flower petals adorning our room, a sweet touch for our anniversary. the staff gifted us a welcome drink at the bar. this thoughtfulness is a hallmark of the hotel, i noticed.
i thought our room was a bit inferior to others, especially considering the price.

the hotel is situated in a super quiet neighborhood. many excellent restaurants are nearby, perfect for evening strolls. transportation to the city center is easily accessible.

The room was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Even the smallest things were considered. the staff was helpful and friendly. the bar served amazing cocktails in an intimate and comfortable setting. the continental breakfast also included homemade pastries.
the room lacked proper airflow, and there was a slight musty smell that became noticeable. it might be beneficial to improve ventilation in the rooms.

The continental breakfast offered a good selection of items, and the homemade pastries were a delicious addition. This made the breakfast a real highlight. sitting in the beautiful top deck eating area, i found the views excellent. the bar offers amazing cocktails!

The staff displayed really good customer service and was very helpful. i found their attentiveness was evident in every interaction. The attention to detail was excellent. i was particularly touched by the small gifts.

The location provided convenient access to travel into the city via tram, a ride that only took a few minutes. the area around the hotel had trendy apartments, bars, and cafés. The walk to the royal britannia yacht took about fifteen minutes. i found it a perfect distance!
