spacious lobby fast reception clean bathroom missing towel extra charge
The lobby was nice and spacious. I appreciated that. the reception staff worked quickly, efficient. the room was warm, and the bathroom looked clean, so it was nice.
towels were not in the room when i checked in.

The rooms were modern. They were near bus and tram stops! i found a ticket machine right at the hotel entrance. it simplified my travels. I used it to purchase tickets.

clean room and good public transport
clean bathroom multiple restaurants sunset view
the room was nice, and the bathroom was clean! the location is about six kilometers from the city center. there are multiple restaurant and cafe options nearby. the rooms are nice and on a top floor you can get a sunset view of the city.
I paid for parking for two days, but at night i could not find an empty spot. the staff could not help. there were three elevators but only one was working fine. This caused considerable delays.

the staff were very helpful there. i found the location easy to reach with public transport options near the hotel. there was a bar for drinks and a restaurant for food on the premises.
the elevators experienced delays sometimes.

fantastic stay with great amenities

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They were always smiling! many facilities were available, even though it's a big place, it includes a laundry and guest kitchen near the lobby. the room was also fine. there were nice options like contactless check in. Also having room access from the phone was a plus for me.
Some cleaners are very rude. not enough elevators exist for how big the place is. You will have to wait a long time sometimes for one.

the staff was very kind and available for help. the reception and bar spoke mainly english, with limited czech, reflecting its international focus and i found this very suitable.

The location was convenient. It was near transport options making city access easy. there were several buses passing nearby. the subway or tramway was accessible? the location was awesome closed by a restaurant and a supermarket too.

the room was clean, minimalistic, and modern with a nice view from the higher floors. i could choose the day for extra cleaning! the room was hot at night though we had hot weather.

The hostel had good food and a wide range of places to eat nearby? breakfast included a coffee and croissant at a pleasant café near the main road. This was very enjoyable.
