nice variety easy access fresh towels
the breakfast buffet provided a nice variety. the location allowed easy access to many attractions. fresh towels was daily in my room.
the elevator seemed quite small for carrying luggage.

The hotel is central to everything. the staff helped a lot with luggage. breakfast was complete, and my room was comfy. i enjoyed the stay. It was just what i needed.
i had to wait fifteen minutes for hot water in the shower. it was a bit of a wait to get it warm. i hope they can improve that.

The staff were great. All of them. they were helpful when i arrived. the reception staff were very nice! the check-in was simple and quick.

broken air conditioning unsafe entrance
the staff were helpful and accommodating. the location was central and convenient.
the air conditioning wasn't working so we had to sleep with windows open. noise from the street was audible. reception closes early and you have to enter from a side door. it felt very unsafe.
