Great Location, Solid Stay
central location helpful staff
The location was excellent. I could easily walk to most attractions. breakfast offered several options (i really enjoyed the fresh pastries). i was also able to store my luggage after checkout. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
the room was pretty basic and could use some updating (especially the bathroom).

the room had a comfortable bed and daily cleaner service changed towels and emptied the bin. it was warm and relatively quiet despite the hotel's central location. though basic, the room served its purpose for a short stay.

the hotel boasts a superb location within walking distance to key attractions. access to public transportation is also very convenient, with tram and subway stops nearby (making exploration effortless). it's ideal for seeing a lot.

breakfast included many choices (the selection was sufficient). the luggage storage after checkout proved useful. the front desk staff assisted me with needed information about local transportation and directions, they were very kind.

excellent central stay
great location easy access
the location presented easy access to main attractions by walking. the proximity to various markets proved very convenient. i was able to leave my luggage after checkout, a useful service for late flights. the breakfast also proved decent with constant refills.
my main problem concerned a staff. there was no tea or coffee facilities in room, and i was not allowed to take even a cup to my room.

the room included comfortable beds and the linens felt very clean. the bathroom looked renovated with modern fixtures, and it featured new amenities. a mini fridge were available.

the reception provided excellent service with their readiness to help. the staff was polite, particularly assisting guests with directions and local information. i saw them address concerns efficiently, which ensures a good guest experience.
